Chrome vs Firefox. The debate is as old as the age of the browsers themselves, yet a satisfactory answer has still not been provided. Here at The Daily Shitter, we strive to tackle any difficult topics of discussion and this is no different. We present to you: The Best of the Browsers.
Let’s start with Chrome. The feature heavy browser packs a punch, with it’s pleasing aesthetics and massive variety of add-ons providing a stellar experience. It is a go to browser for many people around the world, and it’s not hard to see why. Based on the Chromium engine, the browser has plenty to offer for people all around the world. However, what it has in design and aesthetics, it lacks in security. Sometimes people just want to feel secure, and with Chrome, you don’t really get that feeling of security. All the features are there, but it is definitely not the most secure browser in the world.
While Firefox doesn’t take the cake either, it sure as hell comes close. About as close as you can get, in fact. While it doesn’t have as many bells and whistles as Google Chrome, it makes up for it in the security that your info is safe. Mozilla objectively spends more on ensuring the safety of the users than it does on it’s add-on stor, and at the end of the day, it’s worth it. To some, at least. Let’s look at our verdict.
While both browsers have their respective strengths and weaknesses, both get used almost equally at this point. For security, most people flock over to Firefox. For the add-ons and overall aesthetic nature of it, people will head over to Chrome. At the end of the day, it is all based on personal preference. Choose what you like!
