Superbad, another comedic movie released in 2007, is about two inseparable best friends. It's the final weeks of high school, and they are invited to this big house party. This was going to be a big deal as they plan to kick start their sex lives before they go off to college. To achieve this plan, they were to inebriate two girls. As they move along with their nerdy friend, it seems their plans would be thwarted as one of them falls in with two inept cops who were determined to show him a good time. 3. Napoleon Dynamite

This is yet another comedic high school movie. Napoleon Dynamite was released in 2004. Jon Heder, acting as Napoleon Dynamite, had trouble associating in a small-town Preston, Idaho. Things got worse when his grandmother got injured in an accident, and his nostalgic uncle came in to keep n eye on him. Amid all these problems, Napoleon makes friends with a new kid, Pedro, a Hispanic boy who speaks little English. The Duo launches a campaign to run for class president. Hilarious movie. Top casts in this movie include Jon Heder, Diedrich Bader, Ellen Dubin, and Tina Majorino. This movie is rated PG.

4. Bring It On

The Toro cheerleading squad from Rancho Carne High School in San Diego has got all it takes to land them the national championship trophy for the sixth time in a row. However, this feat may not be achieved as the team's newly elected cheerleading captain discovers that their perfectly-choreographed routines were stolen from a hip-hop squad, Clovers by the former team captain. You've got to find out what happens after that. Top casts in this movie include Kristen Dunst, Gabrielle Union, Tsianina Joelson, and Bianca Kajlich. This movie is rated PG-13.

5. High School Musical

This list won't be complete without this movie, High School Musical. It was first released in 2006. It's a musical, comedic combination. In this movie, Troy Bolton, played by Zac Efron, who is the star athlete in a small-town high school, falls in love with a nerdy beauty Gavriella Montez, played by Vanessa Anne Hudgen at a Holiday Karaoke Party. On-campus, the duo audition for an upcoming School musical. However, a jealous girl conspires to crush their chances. Top casts in this movie include Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, and Corbin Bleu. Subsequent parts, High School Musicals 2 & 3 were released in 2007 and 2008 respectively.

6. American Pie

Here's a bonus, American Pie. Almost as famous as the High School Musical, maybe even more. This movie was first released in 1999. the story is all about a group of friends eager to enjoy the rite of adulthood - losing their virginity. After a long wait, they figured out that they just had to take action if things must change. Casts in this movie include Jason Biggs, Sean William Scott, Alyson Hannigan, and Chris Klein. Subsequent parts, American Pie 2 and American Wedding, were released in 2001 and 2003, respectively.
